Staff training is conducted for keeping our wealth – Our Teachers in constant learning. There’s only one way to keep wealth growing in value and that is to invest it constantly and wisely. In this context, we refer to our wealth as our Teachers, our truest treasures. Our Teachers meet once a week at Chambers, to discuss important issues. Guidelines to deal with their responsibilities more effectively are also shared regularly. There is a monthly learning event, in the form of a workshop or a training or a seminar or an online webinar. The topics for the webinar vary from: Teaching in the 21st Century, Nurturing Uniqueness, New Ways of Teaching Online, Life Skills Hybrid Classroom Teaching etc. Besides external Resource People, who come to educate our Teachers, our Teachers also conduct internal training to talk to their Colleagues, on new topics of relevance to their profession.
