She is responsible for the educational and administrative management of the school. She is the principal academic and disciplinary authority and has a central role in the school’s operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing all School personnel, implementing School rules and policies, organizing events and curriculum, developing staff and students, providing feedback, planning the calendar, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and evaluating student progress. She sets the tone and culture of the school and is responsible for ensuring that the school provides a safe and secure environment for its students along with constantly innovating the school’s evaluation methodology and introducing new teaching methods.
